- The supplier of Creative products is Creative Labs (Ireland) Limited, Ballycoolin Business Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, the Republic of Ireland ("Creative"). Irish law is applicable to the contract between supplier ("Creative") and consumer.
- All products will be shipped within five days of receipt of order. In the unlikely event that stock runs out you will be contacted by phone/e-mail by a member of the On-line Store Team to inform you of the new proposed delivery date. However if this date is not acceptable you will still have the option to cancel your order. If you have any queries regarding your order status, please contact us.
- Prior to using any software available in this Store, you must accept and agree to be bound by the terms of the licence agreement that is displayed on the product. If, after you have purchased the software, and have not used the software, you do not accept the terms of the licence agreement, you should promptly return the product for a full refund
- All prices quoted in the Creative On-line Store Departments “SUBTOTAL” are exclusive of tax charges and shipping. During the checkout process relevant tax charges “VAT” and shipping fees will be added to the order subtotal to obtain the full order price “TOTAL”.
- Shipment are made to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- All communications made by Creative thus far are invitations to treat only. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. You agree not to change these standard terms and conditions from the form presented by Creative. This agreement represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until acceptance is sent by electronic mail by Creative and is received by you. Creative reserves the right to refuse your offer for any reason.
- The terms of the limited warranty on the product are set out in the product documentation. In the absence of such documentation Creative warrants the products it sells for one year, in the case of MP3 players, and for two years for all other products, from the date of purchase by you. Creative will at its option repair or replace any product which fails to comply with its written specifications during the relevant warranty period. Creative informs you that some components (such as but not limited to batteries, headphones, pouches) may have a useful life of less than the warranty period, due to objective technical reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- You have the right to withdraw from this agreement. Such right must be exercised by you within 7 working days, starting the day after receipt of the goods. Your entry into this agreement is signified by your receipt of Creative's acceptance of your order. You must exercise your right to withdraw by sending Creative e-mail notice of your intention to withdraw, in which event any money paid by you will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation. If you have received the goods prior to withdrawal, any money paid by you will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have actually been returned to us or not. However, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the relevant costs in the case where it has not been returned within this period. You must return those goods at your risk and expense. This right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of software downloaded from this site.
